Ordering Instructions
When Ordering Suits for Purchase or Trial:
- Click Here to fill out an information and measurements page for submission to The Good Habit (for help measuring for a suit, visit the Measurements page.
- Call shop at (502) 253-0618
- Have item codes ready (Found at the beginning of each item listing. Item codes will have four letters, a dash, and a number. EX: HOUG-6)
- Confirmation of where package should be delivered if other than address listed on form
- Credit Card number with expiration date and security code (MasterCard or Visa). Initially credit card is only for shipping expenses.
Shipments are sent on approval with a ten day turn around. After the date listed on the contract, a penalty will be charged unless we are notified that additional time is needed.
